Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk in a professional setting.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage data efficiently.
• Handle financial tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Commit to the role long-term, as it is an ongoing temporary position.
• Maintain a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups effectively.
• Previous experience in financial roles, specifically with accounts payable and receivable.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
